We have summed up last year by holding a strategic session with the support of our colleagues from ELEKS University

During a full-scale invasion, it's really valuable to come together as a team and work productively on planning and objectives.

Peter Konovalov, Director of Doctor Eleks, about the value of team interaction and resistance Doctor Eleks:

Doctor Eleks has rallied and reoriented in connection with the war in the shortest possible time. We did not have a clear understanding of what if, and this helped to make decisions quickly and flexibly in the situation. We started holding daily meetings on the state of affairs in the team and on the war from Saturday, February 26. We actively helped transport people from Kyiv to Lviv or other cities. The entire work schedule was divided into two parts: work and volunteering. Although there were practically no orders from customers for the first two months, we were able to reorient our efforts to volunteer projects to help patients, to optimize internal work and did not stop for a single day.

ELEKS University has held a strategic meeting for the leadership team of Doctor Eleks. We talked about the main priorities and goals for the team for 2023, defined a list of steps to achieve them. Oleksandra Mokii has built the event plan qualitatively, conducted effective facilitation, taking into account time constraints and wishes for the event.

Facilitating a team is always a challenge. One of the most important prerequisites for successful facilitation is preparation and it consists in close cooperation with customers, working out expectations and getting to know the team. It is also important to choose the right tools that will allow the participants to feel comfortable, to be involved in the process, to understand that everyone's opinion is heard. Already during the meeting itself, the role of the facilitator is minimal and consists more in invisible support of interaction and ensuring the work of the team to generate ideas, share experiences, work out next steps, etc.
