"Doctor Eleks website" / "Website" is the website located at https://doctor.eleks.com/ (excluding https://doctor.eleks.com/ehealth/).
"Doctor Eleks" — "Doctor Eleks" Limited Liability Company (identification code: 38582529; location; 79060, Ukraine, Lviv, Naukova Street, building 7G), which is the owner of this Website, the owner and administrator of all data that you leave on this Website.
"Products and Services of Doctor Eleks" — software products and related services sold by Doctor Eleks, the list of which can be posted on this Site.

2.1. Doctor Eleks respects the inalienable right of every person to non-interference in his/her personal life. Doctor Eleks understands that the personal non-property rights to personal data that every person has are inalienable and inviolable. Therefore, Doctor Eleks tries and does everything possible to comply with all the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine regarding the protection and order of personal data.
2.2. We ask you to familiarize yourself with the terms set forth in this Privacy policy in detail. If you do not agree with the conditions set forth in this Privacy policy, please leave the Website and do not provide any information about yourself on the Website.

WHAT DATA DOES DOCTOR ELEKS PROCESS ABOUT ME?
FOR WHAT PURPOSE IS DOCTOR ELEKS DOING THIS? AND WHAT ARE COOKIES?
3.1. Doctor Eleks receives and stores any information you enter on the Website; notify by phone, the numbers of which are indicated on the Website; send via available social networks; provided by Doctor Eleks in any other possible way, or which is automatically stored during your use of the Website. Such information includes:
- Doctor Eleks processes your name, surname, mobile phone number, e-mail address, position, name of the medical institution that you represent, other information that you voluntarily left on the Website or inform the representative of the Call Center during the call, to contact you, answer questions that interest you and form a commercial offer. Data processing for this purpose is carried out only on the basis of your voluntary consent, which is provided by you filling out a form/questionnaire on the Site or taking actions to provide such information to a representative of the Call Center;
- Doctor Eleks processes your name, surname, mobile phone number, e-mail address, position, the name of the medical institution that you represent, other information that you inform the representative of the Call Center during the call, to be able to identify and process your request regarding technical support for Doctor Eleks Products. Data processing for this purpose is carried out to fulfill the technical support contract concluded with the institution that you represent;
- Doctor Eleks keeps a record of the telephone conversation with the representative of the Call Center to control the quality of the performance of duties by the representatives of Doctor Eleks who communicate with you. Data processing for this purpose is carried out on the basis of your voluntary consent, which is given by continuing a telephone conversation with a representative of the Call Center after a warning about the recording of the conversation;
- Doctor Eleks also processes your name, mobile phone number, e-mail address, which you left on the Website, for the purpose of sending you periodic advertising mailings about Doctor Eleks Products and Services, new and special offers. Data processing for this purpose is carried out only based on your voluntary consent, which is provided by ticking the appropriate field on the Website (checkbox).

4. YOU AS THE SUBJECT OF PERSONAL DATA HAVE THE RIGHT:

- to protect your personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of data, as well as protection from providing information that is unreliable or dishonors the honor, dignity and business reputation of a physical person individuals;
- file complaints about the processing of your personal data to the Ombudsman or to the court;
- apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on the protection of personal data;
- make comments regarding the limitation of the right to process one's personal data when giving consent;
- withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
- know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
- to protect against an automated decision that has legal consequences for him.
5. THE PERIOD DURING WHICH DOCTOR ELEKS STORES YOUR DATA. OTHER PROVISIONS.
5.1. Period of keeping personal data. Doctor Eleks keeps your personal data for the period necessary to provide the Products and Services ordered by Doctor Eleks, and for 3 (three) years after the end of any legal relationship with you, unless another period is established by the legislation of Ukraine. The recording of the telephone conversation is kept for 4 years according to the policy of the telephony service provider. If no legal relationship has arisen between you and Doctor Eleks regarding the Products and Services of Doctor Eleks, Doctor Eleks stores your data for marketing and analytical purposes for 3 (three) years from the date of the last communication with you.
5.2. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data by sending an email to doctor@eleks.com. In this case, all your personal data will be deleted, without the possibility of recovery. Despite the withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, some of the data may be stored by Doctor Eleks if it is required by the legislation of Ukraine or necessary to protect the rights and interests of Doctor Eleks. In this case, as soon as the requirements for the mandatory keeping and processing of personal data no longer exist, your personal data will be deleted immediately.
5.3. Organizational and technical measures taken by Doctor Eleks to protect your data. Doctor Eleks implements, in particular, but not exclusively, the following organizational and technical measures to guarantee the security of your data: all Doctor Eleks staff have signed an NDA and are undergoing appropriate training; access to personal data is limited, it is granted only to those representatives of Doctor Eleks who have a commercially justified need to have such access; two-factor authentication is configured on all staff computers; access to rooms in Doctor Eleks office is restricted for third parties.
However, it is worth remembering that data transmission over the Internet cannot be completely secure, so Doctor Eleks cannot guarantee data protection to the full extent.
