Dobrobut medical network has been using HIS Doctor Eleks as the main system for processing medical data and managing medical processes for more than 6 years. With the help of Doctor Eleks, our network has automated almost the entire patient's path—from making an appointment, outpatient appointment, inpatient treatment, and up to obtaining a doctor's conclusion in the mobile application. Over the past year, thanks to cooperation with Doctor Eleks, we have been able to integrate into the state eHealth system, connect the functionality of vaccination against COVID-19, electronic sick leave certificates and electronic prescriptions. Our entire IT ecosystem functions as a single organism thanks to the integration of HIS Doctor Eleks with financial, warehouse, management and other information systems. I consider the main advantages of Doctor Eleks to be the wide functionality of the system, the desire to constantly develop and improve the product, as well as a professional team aimed at achieving the best result. Despite the difficult challenges that our country is going through, Dobrobut with the help of Doctor Eleks doesn't stop working on providing the best medical service and building trust in Ukrainian medicine, raising the standards of medical services.

Among all available health information systems, Doctor Eleks covered the largest number of business processes of our newly established institution. Intending to provide quality medical services, we are improving our business. In these improvements, Doctor Eleks is an indicator and a tool for change at the same time.

The implementation of Doctor Eleks allowed us not only to provide effective IT support for all business processes but also to combine two aspects of our activities—medicine and insurance. The system has helped us to effectively organize the work of all staff, thanks to which we guarantee our patients world-class quality medical care.

During choosing a health information system, we were guided by the following criteria: to chose the system as convenient as possible for both doctors and other staff so that it could integrate all the necessary internal processes and functions, such as registration, warehouse of medicines, patient's personal account, online consultations, and much more. An important criterion was that we could quickly analyze statistical information. HIS Doctor Eleks is used mainly by doctors, so another criterion was the ability to create consultation templates. And upon implementation, it allowed doctors to devote 99% of the reception time to the patient, and 1% to documentation. Most doctors are already familiar with the system rom previous work experience. They don’t need to spend time on adaptation. But even in cases where the doctor hasn’t worked with Doctor Eleks, it takes minimal time to master the program.

Of course, this is a very convenient and flexible system, maximally adapted to the needs of medical institutions in Ukraine. In fact, I haven’t seen anything like this from Ukrainian companies.
