Reports creation technology is based on analyzing the documents created according to a definite template type, as well as on analyzing certain template nodes according to criteria set for report generation. Every department has its own report type. In addition, the system contains all types of reports requested by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. Due to system flexibility, when creating statistical nodes users can combine data sampling from different documents.

With the help of automatically generated reports manager has a possibility to analyze clinic’s operation on the whole, as well as the work of individual doctors, junior medical staff, and laboratory specialists. The physician can create individual work reports by a single click.

For more detailed analysis of personnel work, report forms can be supplemented with additional columns. Moreover, the system is designed to automatically generate annual, quarterly and other types of reports.
